What is the minimum space required for a corporate gym?
We can fit out a gym in spaces as small as 200 sq. ft. Thanks to our design expertise, we optimize every square foot to create an efficient, motivating and adapted space. Even smaller spaces can become effective training zones with proper planning.
Is a corporate gym a taxable benefit for employees?
No. When gym access is offered to all employees, it is not considered a taxable benefit, unlike reimbursing an external gym membership. We recommend consulting your accountant to validate your specific situation.
Do you offer financing options for gym installations?
Yes. We offer monthly payment options starting at $200/month. We also offer equipment leasing. These options allow companies to set up their gym without absorbing the full investment upfront.
Do you offer maintenance after installation?
Yes. We offer maintenance and follow-up plans to ensure the longevity of your equipment. Maintenance plans can be added to your monthly financing or leasing payments.
